North Shore Municipal Court


Pursuant to Wisconsin Statues, the Municipal Court deals exclusively with non-criminal cases involving city ordinance violations in the form of traffic citations, Municipal Code violation, and contested parking tickets. Offenses brought before our Court are violations that occur within the City limits.

In person Court has resumed effective Thursday July 30, 2020.

  • All initial appearance Court dates, the Date indicated on your citation will be done telephonically with the City Attorney. A letter has been mailed to the address indicated on the citation if this date is August 6th or August 20. For all Initial Appearance dates beginning in September, you received the information at the time you received your citation.  Please contact the City Attorney by telephone 1 week prior to the date indicated on your citation. Failure to do so will result in a default judgement, summons or warrant.
  • Arrive at 5:00pm to check-in.  MASKS ARE REQUIRED BY ALL, BRING YOUR OWN PERSONAL MASK WITH YOU.  Attendance will be limited to the defendant, one parent or legal guardian if the defendant is a Juvenile, subpoenaed witness(s) and if applicable an interpreter. All family members or accompanying friends will be REQUIRED to remain outside of the building. Please plan for childcare, if needed.

You may also mail a check or money order or use the stainless-steel payment box located in the parking lot median at 5909 N. Milwaukee River Parkway, Glendale, WI 53209. Please make all checks payable to the Clerk of Court.

Payments may be made in person at the Clerk of Court’s office during business hours 0730a.m. to 330pm M-F. Payment methods accepted in person are cash, money order, personal check or cashier’s check. All checks should be made payable to the Clerk of Court.

Please note: Payments for Parking citations may only be paid using this payment link if you contested the parking citation and discussed the parking citation with the Prosecuting Attorney. 

You will be assessed a fee to use debit or credit. Debit and Credit card payments are accepted ONLINE ONLY. The full citation number is REQUIRED to make your payment. Please contact the Clerk of Court if you no longer have access to your citation.
