The 2040 Comprehensive Master Plan is a 10-year update of the City of Glendale’s smart growth update and will guide the City’s goal setting and decision making for the next 20 years.
The 2040 Plan will take a long-term, big-picture view of Glendale’s future and make policy and programmatic recommendations across nine essential elements:
