For the last several years, the Glendale Police Department and the North Shore Fire Rescue have completed in an annual pizza challenge that has been held at California Pizza Kitchen which is located at 5665 N. Centerpark Way, Glendale, WI. The money that is raised is then donated to a program or organization that the police and fire department chooses.

In 2019, the North Shore Fire Department earned more points and won the challenge. The program that the NSFD chose to donate their portion to was the Wisconsin Burn Camp and the Glendale Police Department chose to donate their portion to the Vest Fund.

Unfortunately, the challenge event was cancelled during 2020 due to the Covid-19 health pandemic. Please stay tuned for information regarding the 2021 event!
